The 78 mm bull nose features a 60° profile and is designed to provide stable support for pipes, tubes, and workpieces with large center holes. With a maximum operating speed of 2,500 RPM, a maximum workpiece capacity of 500 kg (1,102 lb), and concentricity of 0.005 mm, it is built for demanding turning applications. The bull nose contact surface is salt bath heat treated and hardened to HRC 60, providing excellent wear resistance and durability at the working surface. The live center incorporates Japanese bearings and high-performance Klüber grease from Germany. Its waterproof design provides additional protection in demanding machining environments.
