K-Gualda Morse Taper 3 MT3X3"(78mm) Bull Nose Live Revolving Center for Lathe

Made in Taiwan (R.O.C) by k-gualda.machine.co.LTD. The center is made of alloy steel and has a waterproof design. Concentricity tolerance is 0.005mm (2-1/2"~8") / 0.006mm (10"~12"); roundness is 0.006mm (10"~12"). The center is assembled with ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. Uses Klüber Grease (from Germany). Bearings are from Japan BAND. Weight of workpiece at 100 R.P.M = 500KG / 1102lb.

• MT3 Morse Taper, manufactured according to the 'ISO 15433' standard.
• Quenched by salt bath hardening, the SUJ2 (head part) has a hardness of HRC 60°.
• The shaft of the Bull Nose Live Revolving Center, which is hardened by salt bath quenching, is made of SCM440 (JIS).
• For enhanced durability, we use Klüber lubricant (manufactured in Germany) which provides superior heat dissipation.
• It includes bearings made by a Japanese manufacturer.
• Precision: 0.0005. Maximum workpiece weight: 500KG./1,102lb.
